Moving through life almost entirely in my head: analytical, driven, and disconnected from my internal compass.\u00a0<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">At the peak of this chapter, I was supporting global business, and world leaders, and privately I couldn&#8217;t explain why my body was crumbling, or why the outer life that seemed so right felt increasingly numb.\u00a0<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">A health challenge and burnout became an invitation to explore what it truly means to lead life in integrity.
