My Story of Trusting Self
I spent years living inside a suit of armor—tightened muscles, guarded breath, and a deep-seated distrust of touch. My body was both my refuge and my prison, protecting a tender core from further harm. Until I discovered: power of touch—when held in an ethical, safe, compassionate container. I learned to gently trace the outlines of my armor, honoring its purpose as my protector, before beginning the delicate work of untying the knots. Bit by bit, breath by breath, I felt layers of tension melt away, until I could feel again—feel safe, feel alive. Now, as a massage therapist, I offer you that same sacred space, making sure you always feel seen, received and heard. We listen to what your body is saying: where it’s tight, where it holds grief, where it longs for release. My own journey taught me that true freedom comes when we move through life with openness, curiosity, and trust—trust in ourselves, and in the wisdom held within our own bodies.
