WHO AM I AND HOW I WORK

At 19, I left Poland and spent the next decade moving through life almost entirely in my head, analytical, and deeply disconnected from my internal compass.

At the peak of this chapter, a health challenge became an invitation to explore what it truly means to lead life in integrity and alignment. To ask questions I had been too busy to ask. What studying different modalities, methods and tools revealed is that deep self-inquiry isn’t reserved for a meditation cushion or a cabin in the woods.

Daily life is the spiritual practice in all things, at all times.

I work as a facilitator, coach, and educator walking alongside those at turning points: when the life asks for redefinition, deeper alignment and more conscious leadership.

My background & trainings

At heart, I am a lifelong student of the ancient practice of Know Thyself — a passionate explorer of consciousness and human potential. What follows is a glimpse into over a decade of study, practice, and experience on this path.

Breathwork became a part of my own journey since 2019, helping me move beyond my thinking mind and step into a deeper trust in life itself. I am a qualified NeuroDynamic Breathwork™ facilitator, holding space for sessions, release work, and integration. My practice is informed by Kylea Taylor's Inner Ethics® a framework for the responsibility of accompanying others through transformational inner work.

My practice with non-ordinary expanded states has also been shaped through study of the pioneering work of Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof in transpersonal psychology, model of perinatal matrices, Cartography of the Psyche, Transpersonal States and Holotropic Worldview.

I hold a deep curiosity for the architecture of the human mind — how invisible beliefs and subconscious structures can shape our lives. My path includes Peter Crone's extended coaching program, and training as a Conscious Living Teacher (school by Rafał Wereżyński) — integrating body, emotions, mind, and spirit.

I am fascinated by the human body, and its inner intelligence. My practice as somatic bodyworker is grounded in holistic approach and certification from The School of Conscious Touch Mana.

What ties all of this together is curiosity over a fixed mindset. Each person, each session, and each topic we explore is unique and we may work with different modalities. I hold space with respect for each person's unique journey, and presence for the unfolding mystery of life. My work life includes a lengthy career across global business and international institutions.

Beyond the Practice

I have long been passionate about the intersection of consciousness, healing, indigenous wisdom and human flourishing. In 2018, I co-founded Lampsai, a nonprofit focused on advancing authentic leadership, and mental health, including research and education around psychedelic-assisted therapy. Over the years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with experts and institutions across science, health, and leadership, including MAPS, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and Imperial College London.
