Reconnect is a container for that passage to restore coherence between your inner and outer world. To consciously choose how you participate in life and how you relate to the unknown.

Step 3: We begin the journey
When you're ready, we schedule our first session. We start with a foundation session, getting clear on where you are. Then we begin with: breathwork, somatic exploration, coaching, integration.

I came to this work as someone who lived almost entirely in my head, analytical, quite sceptical, rational and disconnected from my body's language. This work redefined how I relate to myself, and eventually, to everything else. It weaves together modern knowledge and transpersonal depth, experience in the business world and somatic practice, international training and Polish cultural roots, as well as a deep sense of wonder and personal experience. I work in service of supporting each person in developing a more coherent, honest, and alive relationship with themselves and their life.

Reconnect is for those already doing some form of inner work and who sense there’s a layer that hasn’t been reached yet. I often work with people who have done the thinking, the therapy, the meditation, or worked with other modalities. You don’t need to be in crisis. You need to be genuinely curious and ready to meet yourself honestly. Some of what brings people here: a chapter ending, a career shifting, a relationship changing. A version of success or life that looks right from the outside but no longer feels true from within. The pull toward alignment not as a concept, but as something lived.
Most modalities work with the mind: naming, reframing, understanding. Breathwork works differently. It creates direct access to what’s held in the body: emotions, somatic memory, and a quality of inner knowing that conversation alone doesn’t always reach. When breathwork and coaching are woven together, you engage the whole system. Breathwork opens what’s beneath the surface. Coaching helps integrate what emerges into daily life so insights don’t fade, but become lived experience. When you alternate between embodied, non-cognitive exploration (breathwork) and structured cognitive integration(coaching), you engage the whole system: body, mind, and spirit.
Sessions are shaped around what’s most alive for you, not a fixed format. We might begin with a somatic check-in, move into breathwork, then into coaching and integration. Or we might spend the whole session in inquiry. The modality serves the moment, not the other way around. Sessions are approximately 90 minutes. Breathwork Journeys are dedicated sessions of approximately 2.5 hours a separate, longer container for the deeper breath work. During the session we can focus on a specific topic a feeling, pattern, situation or decision and explore it through sensation, movement and inquiry rather than just story.
Beyond our sessions, you’ll have daily practices to work with typically 20 to 45 minutes. The programme is designed to be integrated into a full life, not layered on top of an already busy one. The practices are simple, embodied, and build meaningfully over time. I’ve structured this path to fit into schedules while still providing deep, meaningful growth opportunities.
Most coaching works primarily with the mind: goal-setting, reframing, strategy. This work includes that, and goes deeper. We work with the body as an equally valid source of intelligence. The aim isn’t to get you somewhere or add something to your life. It’s to support you in accessing the wisdom that’s already present and letting it guide how you actually live. Sessions are an integrative space for inner exploration, nervous system awareness, emotional processing. This work may include identifying unconscious patterns and protective strategies, exploring identity, meaning, transitions, and personal truth.
Yes, and in fact, the more inner work you’ve done, the more you’ll bring to this. The insights you’ve already gathered become the foundation. What this programme offers is a different door, to work at a somatic and physiological level that often other modalities don’t reach. Most people who come to Reconnect have significant experience with other healing modalities, therapy, and practice. That experience is an asset here, not a prerequisite to overcome.
This work may not be the right fit if you’re looking for immediate results or a fixed formula, prefer a purely analytical or advice-based approach, are not open to working with the body and emotions as sources of intelligence, or are looking for something passive. Yes. Individual sessions are available as a starting point to explore the work, integrate a specific experience, or simply feel into whether a longer container feels right. You’ll find more information on the Individual Session page.
No. This is a self-inquiry practice and coaching container, not a therapeutic intervention. I don’t diagnose, interpret your experience, or direct your process. Some people engage with Reconnect alongside or after completing a therapy. They find the two can complement each other well. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, I’d encourage you to let them know you’re beginning this work. I am not a licensed mental health professional and humbly ask for your own well-being that you seek out licensed professional help whenever mental or medical or emergency health support is needed. This container does not replace treatment like that.
