What makes this different
There's no single formula for the inner journey—each person's path to "Know Thyself" is their own, shaped by their unique wiring. In practice, this means weaving mind-work with the subtle language of breath, body, and soul. The breath often reveals what the mind can't name. The body shows us where we're holding tension or old patterns. And coaching helps connect the dots—turning insight into clarity and intentional change.

• 6 bespoke 1:1 sessions x 90 min
• 3 Breathwork Journeys: transformational sessions each approx. 2.5 h
• Daily practices for individual use.
• Monthly Group Breathwork: access to regular online breathwok group
• Curated Resources: personalised reading list and tools to support you on your journey
• Integration Support: direct access between sessions for integration and questions
Format: We can work in person (currently Warsaw) or on-line.
Duration: 3-6 months, tailored to your pace.
Every integration journey is different. Some people need more breathwork. Some need more integration support. Some need help making sense of what's emerging. Whatever emerges, it's held with care, intention, and deep respect for the process.

Step 3: We begin the journey
When you're ready, we schedule our first session. We start with a foundation session—getting clear on where you are. Then we begin with: breathwork, somatic exploration, coaching, integration.
For some, the work can go deeper—into ancient layers of practice and wisdom of plants.
Practical information & common questions
Both. Most clients choose online. In-person sessions are available currently in Poland (Warsaw/ near Usynów)
With breathwork you can access insights, emotions, and memories that talking alone might never reach. This provides raw, authentic material for coaching sessions to integrate. Breathwork often produces profound realizations — but without integration, they can fade. This is where coaching is crucial: it helps the client translate insights into action. When you alternate between embodied, non-cognitive exploration (breathwork) and structured cognitive integration(coaching), you engage the whole system — body, mind, and spirit.
We usually begin by settling into the body with a grounding somatic or breath practice. We’ll focus on a specific topic — a feeling, pattern, situation or decision — and explore it through sensation, movement and inquiry rather than just story. Sessions may include breath journeys, coaching, vocalisation, gentle movement and concrete regulation practices (60~90 minutes each). The first two meetings establish shared language and skills; the container includes at least two deeper breathwork journeys (~90+ minutes each).
No. This container does not replace clinical mental health treatment. If you are in acute distress, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or require other support – I can provide referrals.
If you’d like to experience breathwork, I still offer individual one-off sessions. However, my primary focus is on long-term transformation — I’ve found that deep, lasting integration unfolds through consistent practice and at least three months of dedicated work.
